1. No Spam or Abuse. You may not use Sourcegraph to engage in automatic or excessive bulk activity or coordinated inauthentic activity, including but not limited to spamming, fake accounts, or rank abuse.
2. Use Restrictions. We do not allow our products and services to be used in connection with, including to generate, any of the following:
   1. Abusive or fraudulent content
   2. Child sexual exploitation or abuse content
   3. Illegal content
   4. Sexually explicit content
   5. Violent, hateful, or threatening content
   6. Automated determination of legally protected issues or legal rights, including housing decisions, asylum or immigration decisions, financial eligibility, or medical advice or results.
3. Partner Use Restrictions. If You use Sourcegraph in conjunction with another product, you must also follow that product’s AUP. Anthropic’s AUP is available at https://console.anthropic.com/legal/aup, and Starcoder’s AUP is available at https://huggingface.co/spaces/bigcode/bigcode-model-license-agreement.
